No results...

Hey everyone,

meh I'm trying to keep positive, but I've been working out pretty hard 5 days a week for about 3 weeks now, and I'm not seeing any results... Is it too early? I just feel like giving up sometimes, but I pushed myself and went to the gym anyways today, I worked out great, but I just can't keep this positive if I don't see any results. My pants are still tight, my weight is the same. It's getting depressing. It's not like I'm eating a ton, I've been on an all salad all protein diet, w/ very little carbs. Oh well.

It's really hard to stay motivated when you're not seeing any results, but it's good that you managed to push yourself regardless. I know that, at the beginning of the school year when I gave in and got a membership to the gym there, I saw results within a couple weeks, but I worked really hard, because I had someone else motivating me. (Granted, now I'm back to square one, but...)

I'm sure if you try your hardest to keep up your routine, and to push yourself occasionally, you'll start to see some results. :D
